Position Overview:

As a School Administrative Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school's administrative processes. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our school.

Key Responsibilities for School Admissions Manager:

  • Provide front-desk support by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Assist with student enrolment, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate student files.
  • Manage the school's daily attendance records, including tracking student absences and coordinating with teachers and parents.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document organization.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the school's databases and systems.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to facilitate effective communication and teamwork.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the school leadership.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and professional demeanour with a customer-service orientation.
  • Knowledge of school procedures and educational environment is desirable.
