Role Overview:

Unique Learning Hub is seeking an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join its passionate team. The ideal candidate will thrive on innovation, value inclusivity, and be dedicated to nurturing young minds within a diverse and dynamic setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Providing targeted support to individuals and small groups, fostering their academic growth and confidence.
  • Championing a positive and inclusive classroom culture where every student feels valued and empowered to succeed.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to promote diversity and equality across the school community.
  • Contributing to the overall ethos and development of Unique Learning Hub, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the table.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in an educational setting, with a passion for supporting students’ learning and development.
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience and training.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic school environment.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful learning environment where all students can thrive.
