You will be working within a mainstream primary school as a behaviour support assistant, for this role you will be helping individuals manage their behaviours, providing support and guidance to promote positive behaviours and working closely with professionals to develop behaviour plans. It’s a rewarding role that requires patience, empathy, and a strong desire to make a positive impact on others. Must have previous experience supporting students with challenging behaviour.
