The role - Teachers needed for an SEMH (Social, emotional mental health) school.
- Leading and supporting SEMH pupils
- Teacher needed to encourage positive interactions
- Teacher needed to manage engagement during lessons
- Teacher needed to support emotional triggers
- Safeguarding and creating a safe, engaging learning environment for pupils
- Assessing and supervising pupils
- Building positive rapport and trust with pupils
- Delivering engaging and creative lessons
