The role: Learning support assistant

You will be working as a learning support assistant for a year 2 class which typically involves providing support to students in their learning, assisting the class teacher, helping with classroom activities and supporting students with SEN. This role requires patience, empathy and a genuine interest in helping children thrive academically and emotionally. Must have level 3 in child care or Teaching assistant course and Experience supporting students with SEN.
