The role: sports coach

For this role you will be working alongside a caring and supportive mainstream primary school within Brent as a sports coach. You will need to able to understand students’ strengths and weaknesses and help them to maintain motivation. You will need to be confident to use a variety of skills to use analyse individual performance and relay back to class teacher and other professionals.  Must have a foundation degree or higher in sports coach, some experience supporting students with SEN, GCSE’s including English and Maths.

This is school based in Brent, which supports students to have high aspirations for all of our pupils and aim to instil a love of learning, which they can carry with them through their lives. This schools is within walking distance from the nearest station and the school has around 220 pupils ages 3-11. In May 2022 they had received a good Ofsted report which states how students feel safe at school. They have a good understanding of online safety and say that the ‘bubble’ boards make them feel safe because they can let staff know if they have any concerns or anxieties.
