The Role- Behaviour Mentor

We are looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join a forward-thinking SEMH school supporting pupils with SEMH and Behaviour Difficulties. For this Behaviour Mentor role you will be working with pupils aged 11-16 offering 1:1 support both inside and outside of the classroom. Due to the nature of the role you must have strong behaviour management skills and able to adapt to any situation. To be a successful Behaviour Mentor you must be able to build a rapport with the pupils you are working with and able to hit the ground running. To be a successful Behaviour Mentor you must be hard-working and passionate in supporting the pupils.

The School-SEMH School

This SEN School is located in the outer London borough of Hillingdon. The school is located close to a mainline railway station with services to and from central London. It is also located on a main road with several bus links with the surrounding boroughs. The school caters for 110 pupils from the ages of 4-16 with learning and behavioural difficulties. The school is heavily involved with the local community and has a respected SLT.
