The Role- Behaviour Teaching Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join a forward thinking SEMH School to support students with ASD and SEMH. For this Behaviour Teaching Assistant role you will be working with students on a 1:1 basis, due to the nature of the students you must have strong behaviour management skills. Team Teach is desirable but no essential. To be a successful Behaviour Teaching Assistant you must be willing to go the extra mile and have an ability to adapt to any situation.

This SEN/SEMH school is located in the borough of Wandsworth; the closest station is Tooting Bec and is a small walking distance to the school. The school caters for 90 pupils from the ages of 5 -19 with SEMH and behavioural difficulties. The school is highly supportive of its learners to help them achieve their highest potential. The school has a dedicated support team and has a shared vision in supporting its pupils and staff.
