• Student Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging student participation and engagement.
• Behavior Management: Implement school policies on behavior, addressing any disruptions promptly and professionally.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with teaching staff regarding lesson progress and any noteworthy incidents.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role within an educational setting.
• Education: Minimum of a Degree in Education or a related field
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and classroom dynamics.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
• Flexibility: Willingness to take on short-term assignments and work in various departments as needed.
