Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our team for the academic year starting in September 2024. As an ECT, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young learners while receiving guidance and support to develop your teaching skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum requirements.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment.
- Participate in professional development activities and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS by September 2024.
- Passion for education and a commitment to supporting student learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
