Behaviour Mentor -Lambeth - Secondary school- Immediate start - £80-£100 a day!

Currently Teach360 are currently working with an excellent secondary school located in the heart of Lambeth. This school are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their dynamic behavioural team.

  • Behaviour Mentor who has experience working with challenging behaviour
  • Behaviour Mentor who is passio9nate about supporting vulnerable students
  • Behaviour Mentor who has an enhanced DBS
  • Behaviour Mentor to earn up to £500 a week
  • Behaviour Mentor who has relevant working experience
  • Behaviour mentor to work full time Monday - Friday

Are you an enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor who is confident to diffuse challenging behaviour situations between students if they were to arise?

Do you consider yourself to have excellent behaviour management skills ?

Have you had previous relevant working experience however you would like to transfer into a school setting ?

About the role - Behaviour Mentor - Lambeth

  • plan and deliver 1-2-1 mentoring/support sessions with identified students on a range of subjects that may be hindering individual learning
  • Leading activities during break and lunch times to promote positive relationships between children and encourage positive mental health.
  • To plan and deliver a wide range of extra-curricular activities which promote learning, good behaviour, better social skills and well-being
  • Tracking behaviour patterns and identifying interventions to support positive behaviour
  • Supporting children in class to work through difficult situations and facilitate restorative techniques to build relationships.

The school is located in the South East region of London. Excellent transportation links to surrounding areas and on-site parking are provided. Staff members at this school go above and beyond to ensure students receive the best possible education. The mainstream secondary school is currently seeking a strong behaviour mentor who can come in and get the ball rolling. It is a large school with approximately 1000 students. Although this is a mainstream school, it caters to a wide range of needs.
