Position Overview: As a full-time EYFS Teaching Assistant specializing in intimate care, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the youngest learners as they transition into school life. Collaborating closely with the head of the classroom, you will offer essential support, facilitate engaging activities, and ensure the well-being of each child. Your role will involve providing intimate care with sensitivity and professionalism, fostering a nurturing environment conducive to growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the head of the classroom in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to meet the needs of young learners in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Provide sensitive and professional intimate care to children, respecting their dignity and privacy at all times.
  • Cultivate a warm and supportive learning environment, prioritizing the social, emotional, and physical well-being of every child.
  • Engage children in stimulating activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and exploration.
  • Collaborate closely with parents, guardians, and colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development and well-being.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with young children, particularly within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Expertise in providing intimate care with sensitivity, professionalism, and respect for privacy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine dedication to supporting the individual needs of each child in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
