Reader – Scriber – Exam Invigilator
Now Education are working in partnership with a Mainstream Secondary School in Lewisham who are searching for Exam Invigilators who are experienced with scribing for the exam season starting in May 2024.
Bookings are usually issued in blocks of hours either for the morning session, the afternoon or a full day.
The Exam Invigilator/Scriber job duties include:
- Ensuring the security of the examination before, during and after the examination
- Ability to be a reader or scriber (must have previous experience or relevant scriber training)
- Preventing possible pupil malpractice
- Preventing possible administrative failures
- Liaising with the examination officer and the senior invigilator
- Experience working as an Exam Invigilator
- Excellent level of English
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to use initiative
