A school based in Newham are looking for a Year 4 Teacher to start  asap to cover a Maternity absence. This is a long-term position and school need someone who is able to commit on an ongoing basis.

Job Responsibilities

• Work for 5 days (Monday to Friday)
• Plan the lessons and resources and deliver lessons in accordance with the lower KS2 curriculum
• Manage support staff
• Attend meetings as required
• take on full class teacher responsibilities

Preferred Skills:

• Hold a teaching qualification with QTS 
• Have experience of teaching children in lower KS2 previously
• Have good understanding of SEND in mainstream classrooms and outcomes and recording observations
• Hold a valid DBS or apply for one
