Responsibilities:
As a teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Assist with classroom management, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work with small groups or individual students, providing additional support and guidance.
- Support the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider school community and participate in school activities and events when needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively.
- Adaptable and resilient nature, with the ability to work in a dynamic school environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting
