Role Overview: As the EYFS Teacher, you will lead the classroom with enthusiasm and creativity, guiding our youngest learners through their crucial formative years. Your role will involve developing and implementing engaging lesson plans tailored to the diverse needs of our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Take on the role of head of the classroom, orchestrating dynamic and immersive learning experiences for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Design and deliver stimulating lessons that cater to various learning styles, ensuring every child’s individual needs are met.
  • Foster a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and parents to provide holistic support and ensure each child reaches their full potential.
  • Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies as necessary to address any challenges they may encounter.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Hold relevant qualifications and experience in Early Years Education, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Demonstrate creativity and innovation in lesson planning, with a passion for delivering engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Show empathy, patience, and a genuine dedication to supporting children with diverse needs, including those with dyslexia, dyscalculia, EAL, and ESOL.

Location and Hours: Based in the vibrant community of Edmonton, our school offers a supportive and collaborative environment where educators can thrive. This full-time position entails working hours from 8:15 am to 3:30 pm, providing ample opportunities to make a lasting impact on young learners’ lives.
