Caretaker – Birmingham

Fantastic opportunity for a caretaker in the Birmingham area – B26

U-Educate are currently seeking a caretaker for a temporary contract (initially until the end of the July 2024 in the Birmingham area.

The caretaker role is to start ASAP.

Role: 

As a Caretaker, you will be a key holder, where you will be responsible for the general school maintenance of the building and grounds as well as ensuring all staff have left the site before locking up the school.

Duties include.

Light duties, setting up rooms, litter picking, controlling gates, manging leisure facilities, basic maintenance work

You must have a flexible approach to children.

Essential Requirements:

-Experience working as a caretaker or site maintenance.

-Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain a new one.

-Minimum of 2 references, including your most recent employment reference.

-2 Years confirmed reference.

-Legal right to work in the UK.

Hours of work:

Full time – Monday to Friday – 1:30 pm until 9.30 pm

Rate of pay:

Daily Rate: £130.00 Per Day
