We have an amazing opportunity for a Vocational/Employability Tutor to join the team in our Telford centre.  You will be delivering on vocational and/or employability qualifications to groups of learners and provide support on a one-to-one basis.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to mentor and help other overcome barriers.
• Level 2 English and Maths (minimum)
• Level 3 Teaching qualification (or willing to work towards within 6 months)
• Qualifications/experience in sector subject area
• Level 4/5 Teaching qualification (desirable)
• Delivering training to 16 – 18-year-olds (desirable)
• Subject specialist qualifications (desirable)
• Assessor qualification (desirable)
