The Role - Behaviour Mentor
I am recruiting for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to work 1-1 with a young boy in KS4 who has been removed from mainstream school and is currently transitioning from the alternative provision back into mainstream school. As a Behaviour Mentor you will be able to manage behaviour and support the young girl academically and emotionally. The ideal Behaviour Mentor will have experience in a similar role or a passionate individual who can relate to the young girl and build a rapport may be considered.
The School - Behaviour Mentor
This alternative provision provides education to children in KS3 and KS4 who have been removed from mainstream education setting some of whom are transition back into a mainstream school setting. They are run by a great team who ensure that all staff have the correct resources and training to deliver a high standard of education to the students, this will include enhancing social and independence skills. They are located 7 minutes from the nearest station and also have on site parking making this school easily accessible via most transport links.
