We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Contract: Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 3:30PM - Term Time Only

Salary: Final salary based on experience

This is an exciting opportunity to support teachers in delivering high-quality education and nurturing the growth and development of students.

As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons, providing support to individual students or small groups as directed.
• Supporting students with their learning and development, including helping with classroom activities, assignments, and projects.
• Assisting with classroom management and behavior management strategies to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
• Collaborating with teachers and other school staff to implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and support strategies for students with specific needs.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• An Enhanced DBS check to work with children and young people.
• Previous experience working within a school setting, either as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role.
• A QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or relevant teaching or education qualification is desirable but not essential.
