The role - Behaviour Mentors
This role is to support SEMH pupils as a Behaviour Mentor in a primary or secondary setting. You will be responsible for working with primary pupils who have social, emotional mental health. Working with them on a 1:1 or small group basis and provided direct support along their learning journey.
You should have existing experience as a teaching assistant or Behaviour Mentor and be able to support and manage challenging behaviour and emotional difficulties. You will need to be proactive and resilient for this Behaviour Mentor role.
