The role - Qualified Teacher - Year 3

You will be working as a Qualified Teacher in a year 2 class, you must have a QTS or equivalent qualification and have worked as a teacher for at least a year. As a Qualified Teacher you will be expected to plan and deliver a fun exciting lessons, support learners to help the to progress, mark and asses work and attend meeting with parents and professionals to ensure students needs being met. You will be Working as part of a team to evaluate and develop pupils' learning needs. Enforcing the school's Behaviour Policy through effective classroom management. Encouraging pupils to develop and use their creativity and initiative, gain increased independence, and undertake new responsibilities.
