Requirements
- Experience working as a Senior Residential Support Worker or Residential Support Worker in ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ graded homes would be ideal. We also highly value experience working with trauma-experienced children in other settings e.g. social care, youth offending, SEN.
- Ideally you will hold the Level 3/4 Diploma in Children’s Residential Childcare and a clean UK driving license.
- You will be resilient, kind, and prepared to go above and beyond for our children.
- You will be able to work flexibly including some weekends and at least one sleep-in shift per week.
