We are seeking an enthusiastc individual to join us as a Spanish Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to share your expertise and enthusiasm for Spanish language and culture with our students, nurturing their love for learning and global awareness.

Contract: Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 3:30PM - Term Time Only

Salary: M1 - M6 Teaching pay scale - Final salary based on experience

As a Spanish Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and interactive Spanish lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
  • Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and encouraged to participate actively in lessons.
  • Incorporating a variety of teaching strategies and resources to promote language acquisition, including multimedia tools, role-plays, and cultural activities.
  • Assessing student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
  • Differentiating instruction to meet the individual needs of students, including those with varying levels of proficiency in Spanish.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An Enhanced DBS check to ensure the safety and well-being of our students.
  • Previous experience teaching Spanish within a school setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons.
  • A QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or relevant teaching qualification in Spanish language education.
  • Proficiency in Spanish language (ideally native or near-native fluency) and a deep understanding of Spanish grammar, vocabulary, and culture.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and learning languages.
