We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a Redditch based primary school.

Contract: Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 3:30PM - Term Time Only

Salary: Final salary based on experience

As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a love for learning.
• Providing one-to-one and small group support to students, offering guidance and assistance with classwork and homework assignments.
• Supporting the social and emotional well-being of students, promoting positive behaviour and conflict resolution strategies.
• Differentiating instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including those with special educational needs and English as an additional language.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• An Enhanced DBS check to ensure the safety and well-being of our students.
• Previous experience working within a school setting
• A QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or relevant teaching or education qualification.
