Integra People, a reputable and well-established supply agency, is currently seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our team on a supply basis in several prominent secondary schools across Liverpool. This position offers an immediate start with the potential for a permanent role in the future.

Key Details:

• Location: Liverpool, multiple secondary schools
• Start Date: Immediate
• Contract Type: Supply basis, with potential for permanency
• Salary: £90-£110 per day DOE

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience working with secondary school students is essential.
• Personality: We are looking for outgoing individuals with confidence and excellent communication skills.
• DBS: An Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is essential.
• Skills: The ideal candidate will possess strong classroom control and effective behaviour management techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise students in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain continuity in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Follow school policies and procedures at all times.
