Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Salary: Final salary based on experience

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing specialist support in the early foundation stage to ensure all children receive tailored assistance based on their individual needs.
• Supervising small groups and occasionally whole classes in the classroom or outdoor settings, ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment.
• Making a real difference in the lives of our children by nurturing their intellectual, emotional, and social development.

To excel in this role, you must have:

• An Enhanced DBS check to ensure compliance with safeguarding regulations and the safety of our students.
• Previous experience working within a school setting, particularly in early years education or childcare.
• A Level 3 EYFS qualification or relevant teaching or education qualification, demonstrating your understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.
