We have an amazing opportunity for an Employment Advisor working for a Grade 1 provider. You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences.

Locations available: Birmingham & Solihull

Access to a vehicle is required as the role consists of working from home as well as in the community.

You will have:

• Experience in providing excellent customer IAG/Coaching
• Functional Skills, Literacy, and Numeracy 
• Experience in providing and managing information, advice & guidance services to young people
• Experience in working in a target-driven environment
•  Proven experience in supporting people to obtain or keep work.
• Proven experience in meeting and exceeding outcomes and targets.
• A proactive approach to engaging with participants and sourcing potential referrals.
