Academic Appointments are currently looking for someone to join our team in Sheffield. We have established desks in our Sheffield branch, which are already billing, but we are looking for an additional Senior Consultant to grow our client base further. It needs a well-motivated consultant to effectively manage the very loyal existing client base and help to match our ambitious expansion plans by winning new business.

The business was formally known as Reach Education, it has a fantastic reputation in the market with longstanding customers and loyal established candidate base. Reach have supported the Sheffield market for over 16 years and joined the Academic Appointments family in December 22.
 

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 negotiable and dependant on experience plus bonus and benefits.
 

Work Hours: Term time: 7:00am – 4pm / 8:30am -5:30pm shifts - Out of term: 9am – 3pm
 

A rewarding bonus scheme up to 10% of billings.
 

25 days holiday entitlement (including bank holidays) which grow each year you work with us.

What we are looking for:

• You have recruitment or sales experience, although we are open on the sector and level you have worked at.
• If you are a self-starter, able to work on own initiative.
• You have flair, creativity, lots of ambition, enjoy networking and building customer relationships.
• Possess a drive for excellence in customer service and can plan and prioritise your own workload.
• You hold a full UK driving licence.
