SEN Teaching Assistant  – Hemel Hempstead

We are currently recruiting for an experienced SEN Teaching assistant, to work with a lovely primary school based in Hemel Hempstead. The pupil has learning difficulties, who will require one to one support on a full time basis. 

Our client is looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, who has worked with children with autism and pupils with behaviour support needs.

About the role

• prepare learning materials under the supervision of the teacher
• work inside or outside the classroom one to one with the pupil
• adapt support according to needs
• look after the pupil's physical, social and emotional welfare
• create a stimulating environment
• give information and help to teachers
• keep records and attend review meetings

What we require:

• Training/Experience within SEN 
• 2 years reference’s
• Right to work in the UK
• DBS Certificate
