Role Overview: As a Business/Economics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons to inspire and educate students in key business and economic principles. You will contribute to the school's commitment to academic excellence, fostering an environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial skills.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive and stimulating lessons in accordance with the curriculum, tailored to meet the needs of students.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for their academic development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and enriching educational experiences.
• Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and parent-teacher meetings to engage students and support their holistic development.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) 
• Proven experience teaching Business Studies and/or Economics at secondary school level.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring young learners.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students, fostering a positive learning environment.
