We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to play a vital role in our school community.

Contract: Full-Time Position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience

As our HR Coordinator, you will be pivotal for all of our HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of various HR processes. Your main duties will involve a range of HR activities to support the school's staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit teaching and support staff to ensure a diverse and qualified team.
• Maintain accurate employee records and administer performance management procedures.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and events to facilitate effective communication.
• Respond promptly to employee requests and provide necessary assistance.
• Arrange training sessions and seminars to enhance professional development.
• Process payroll efficiently and ensure timely payments.
• Conduct recruitment activities, including advertising positions and coordinating interviews.
• Submit HR reports to inform decision-making processes.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new staff members.

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS certificate (essential, as the role is within a school environment).
• Relevant HR/Admin qualifications.
• Proven experience in HR roles, showcasing your expertise.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
