Key Responsibilities:

Efficient Administrative Management:

Oversee and efficiently manage the school's administrative functions to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the institution.

Implement and maintain effective systems for the organization of administrative tasks, contributing to an optimal learning environment for students.

Record Maintenance:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, attendance, and data in strict compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.

Ensure the confidentiality and security of student information while adhering to data protection guidelines.

Communication Excellence:

Handle communication with parents, staff, and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service in a professional and approachable manner.

Foster positive relationships through clear and transparent communication, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Event Coordination and Project Support:

Assist in the coordination of school events, meetings, and special projects to contribute to a vibrant school community.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the successful execution of events, promoting a sense of unity and engagement among students, parents, and staff.

Support for Special Education Needs (SEN):

Collaborate with the SEN Coordinator and teaching staff to provide essential administrative support.

Contribute to the creation of a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for students with special education needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven Experience:

Demonstrate a track record of success as a School Administrator or in a similar role within an educational setting.

SEN Familiarity:

Possess familiarity with special education needs and the SEN environment, bringing a nuanced understanding to the role.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in using office software, including the Microsoft Office Suite, to streamline administrative processes.

Communication and Organizational Skills:

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders within the school community.
