We are seeking THREE SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a well-established SEN Primary school in HP2.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support and empower children with SEMH, communication and behavioural difficulties, enabling them to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support and assistance to children SEMH
  • Support students in developing social and communication skills, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective coordination and delivery of support.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teaching team and participating in individualized education planning.

Relevant experience working with children or adults with Special Educational Needs (SEND) is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate children effectively
