We are seeking THREE SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a well-established SEN Primary school in HP2.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support and empower children with SEMH, communication and behavioural difficulties, enabling them to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support and assistance to children SEMH
• Support students in developing social and communication skills, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective coordination and delivery of support.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teaching team and participating in individualized education planning.
