About Us: Twenty 4 Seven Education are seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a well-established and respected childcare provider in Margate, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Job Summary: As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and education to children, promoting their physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to create a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters children's growth and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate activities and curriculum to meet individual children's needs.
- Observe and assess children's development, identifying areas for improvement and planning interventions.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and incidents.
- Ensure the nursery operates in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Promote good hygiene and health practices among children.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Act as a key person for a group of children, developing strong relationships and ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Contribute to the creation of a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the nursery.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education).
- A valid and up-to-date DBS check.
- Pediatric first aid certification.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
