Job Summary: As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and education to children, promoting their physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to create a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters children's growth and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate activities and curriculum to meet individual children's needs.
• Observe and assess children's development, identifying areas for improvement and planning interventions.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and incidents.
• Ensure the nursery operates in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Promote good hygiene and health practices among children.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Act as a key person for a group of children, developing strong relationships and ensuring their individual needs are met.
• Contribute to the creation of a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the nursery.

Qualifications:

• Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education).
• A valid and up-to-date DBS check.
• Pediatric first aid certification.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
