Position Overview:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting teachers and supporting students in their academic journey. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons by providing support to students with varying abilities and needs.
• Work with students on a one-on-one basis or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives and provide additional help as needed.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and supported.
• Collaborate with the teaching staff to develop and adapt materials and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies to ensure a productive learning environment.
• Contribute to the planning and organization of extracurricular activities and school events.
• Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians when necessary.
• Adhere to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.
