Hybrid working

We are seeking Faculty Tutors/Accountancy & Tax Tutors to join the teaching team

You will need to be a qualified accounting and/or tax professional who can demonstrate a natural ability to inspire, support people.  No classroom experience is necessary as the company will provide the training in how to teach through the Tutor Academy, however qualified Tutors can apply for the role, as seeking those as an addition.

For nonqualified Tutors, you will complete the level 5 teaching qualification that the company will pay for and put you through

Must have relevant professional accounting qualification (exam qualified is sufficient for some qualifications) such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAS

If qualified Tutors, must have experience in teaching either one of these - ACCA, ACA, CIMA, ICAS

We have the permanent positions based in the below locations:-

Birmingham

Milton Keynes

Reading

Islington, London

Borough. London

Cambridge

Bristol, Cardiff and Reading

Bristol

Leeds

Manchester

Southampton

50 percent of the role is working some weekends or evenings – the rest is days (classes run until 9pm)

You will spend 100 days per annum in the classroom environment in person and then the rest at home hybrid working

The role: 

• Providing an outstanding classroom and/or live online experience to the learners
• Inspiring learners
• Developing a teaching subject portfolio
• Teaching in either ACA, ACCA, CIMA ICAS
• Participate for the preparation of Ofsted.
• Undergo teaching observations
• Lesson plans are already prepared, but can make input into those
• Deliver courses in accordance with product guidelines such as timetables, breaks session lengths, materials used
• Utilise the latest classroom technologies for face-to-face and online courses
• Build rapport with learners
• Attend staff meetings
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• No sponsorship is available for these roles

Salary and Benefits 

• Salary £43.5K to £51K plus earning potential to over £85K in some locations such as London if experienced tutor
