£140 - £220/day Depending on experience.

A high achieving school in East Manchester is seeking an Business Studies Teacher to teach across at GCSE level, ideally the suitable teacher can also teach ICT at KS3. The school is oversubscribed and well regarded in the local area. The role will start ASAP (April 2024) and will continue for the term.

The leadership team are well established and have a clear and realistic vision of where the school is going. The Business Studies and ICT department are supportive and happy to welcome either a newly qualified or experienced teacher. This is a good opportunity to work in a successful, vibrant school with a supportive ethos, good staff morale and strong ties to the community.

The leadership team are seeking a Business Studies Teacher with the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons to pupils to GCSE level and ICT to KS3 level, schemes of work and resources will be provided. Behaviour is good and are supportive.

Specific qualifications are of a lesser importance therefore the leadership team are happy to consider FE and overseas qualified candidates as well as NQTs and experienced teachers with QTS.

Role:

  • Starting April 2024 until July 2024.
  • Full time. Monday to Friday.
  • Long-term role covering sickness.
  • Teaching Business Studies at GCSE level and ICT at KS3.
  • Previous teaching experience in subject required.
  • DBS on the update service.
