Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our educational school in Sevenoaks. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and ensuring a positive and effective learning environment for our students. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the classroom teacher to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Assist the teacher in planning and implementing educational activities and lessons.
• Provide individualized attention and support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
• Support students with their assignments and projects, offering guidance and feedback.
• Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Assist with the implementation of behavior management strategies.
• Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications in education or hands on experience
• Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with educational technology are a plus.
