Twenty 4 Seven Education have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational, dedicated and qualified Maths Teachers to teach full time at a Secondary School in Ashford, Kent. The role is due to start in January 2023.

Your new role:
You will need to plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils, delivering a high-quality mathematics education. Pupils should be provided a foundation for understanding the world, learn how to reason mathematically, gain an appreciation of the beauty and power of mathematics, and have a sense of enjoyment and curiosity about the subject. Pupils need to become fluent in the fundamentals of mathematics, so that pupils develop conceptual understanding and the ability to recall and apply knowledge rapidly and accurately. Lastly, you will need to monitor and assess students to ensure they make maximum progress.

The ideal candidate:
*Hold a UK recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QLTS) with Maths as a discipline
*Have good subject knowledge and experience of teaching across KS3 and KS4 in a UK school setting
*Be able to plan, deliver and mark engaging lessons
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong classroom and behaviour management
*A valid enhanced DBS check on the update service (or be willing to process one with us)
