We’re looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join our Head Office in Kings Hill Kent on a 6 months fixed term contract

In this exciting stand-alone role, you'll play a pivotal role in our global integration journey by leading the design and rollout of our new Cultural & Leadership behaviours. You'll also have the opportunity to develop and deliver leadership training programs, fostering a culture of excellence across our international teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs to introduce and embed new Cultural & Leadership behaviours across the globe.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify specific leadership development needs.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive learning and development plan for leadership training initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective training evaluation methods to measure the impact of programs.
  • Maintain and update all learning materials to ensure best practices and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Learning & Development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program rollout and adoption.
  • Travel may be required.

Requirements

Essential

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering impactful learning & development programs.
  • Experience working in a global environment with a diverse workforce.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Immediately available to start.

Desirable

  • Experience in developing leadership training programs.
  • Knowledge of cultural integration best practices.
  • Experience working within the fresh produce industry.
  • A strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
