• Deliver engaging computer science lessons to students in line with the national curriculum
• Foster a positive learning environment conducive to student growth and development
• Design and implement effective lesson plans tailored to meet individual student's needs
• Assess and evaluate student performance and progress regularly and provide constructive feedback
• Utilize a range of instructional strategies and technologies to enhance teaching and learning
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the computer science curriculum
• Monitor and maintain student records, including attendance and behavior

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification in Computer Science
• Proven experience teaching computer science at the primary or secondary level
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum for computer science
• Ability to inspire and engage students in the subject
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with technology and digital resources used in computer science education
