• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum and school guidelines.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to cater to individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
• Monitor and track students’ academic performance and provide necessary interventions for those requiring additional support.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a positive school culture.

Requirements

• Qualified Physics Teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Physics or related field.
• Proven experience teaching Physics at the primary or secondary level.
• Deep understanding of the national curriculum and subject-specific pedagogy.
• Excellent knowledge of physics concepts and the ability to effectively communicate them to students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Effective classroom management and behaviour management skills.
• Dedication to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest educational practices.
