• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the Business Studies curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student learning and growth
• Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support where necessary
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or a related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level
• Strong knowledge of the UK Business Studies curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a diverse student body
