• Develop and deliver engaging Science lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and resources to meet the diverse learning needs of students
• Plan and conduct laboratory experiments, ensuring proper safety procedures are followed
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback and guidance
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop new teaching methods and materials
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science Education or a related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience teaching Science at the primary/secondary level
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
