Job Title: Early Years Level 3 Qualified Holiday Camp Manager
Location: Great Ouse Primary Academy, Bedford
Operational Hours: 8.00 - 17.00 During all school holidays
Start date: 20th July 2026
Please Note: The successful candidates can work in all future school holidays
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Contracts Available: Casual - Holiday Club Only
We are seeking an experienced and professional Club Manager to lead operations at our club. The Club Manager will oversee all aspects of club operations, including member services, staff management, facility maintenance, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding member experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.
Oversee daily club operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments and facilities
Manage and supervise club staff, including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and scheduling
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance member satisfaction and retention
Monitor and manage club budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures
Plan and coordinate member events, programs, and activities that align with club objectives
Maintain facility standards and coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal conditions
Build and maintain strong relationships with members, addressing concerns and feedback promptly
Implement and enforce club policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Analyze member data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Communicate effectively with club leadership and stakeholders regarding performance metrics and strategic direction
Resolve conflicts and handle member complaints with professionalism and discretion
Customize member experiences and develop retention strategies to maximize engagement
