Each year, Tradewind collaborates with and assists numerous graduates seeking entry into the field of education. We provide them with their initial opportunity to gain experience in classroom settings, spanning various age groups, EYFS to KS2, throughout Cambridgeshire. These positions are available in diverse primary & SEN schools, serving as an excellent stepping stone into the education and teaching domain. While prior experience is not obligatory, a strong academic background, a flexible and confident demeanour, and a dedicated work ethic are indispensable!

The Graduate Teaching Assistant role necessitates:
- Passion for teaching and committed to assisting students from various backgrounds and abilities to achieve continuous progress in the classroom.
- Possession of a degree (ideally at least 2:2), along with strong A-Level and GCSE results.
- Ability to confidently and effectively engage students from diverse backgrounds.
