Maths English and Tutor
We are looking for an English & Maths tutor to work 1:1 with Secondary students to help further their education as they approach the end of their school lives, based in Peterborough

• Job Type - Part Time (Temp)

• Salary - £25 - £35 per hour

Roles and Responsibilites:
• Conduct 1:1 tutoring sessions in English and Maths for secondary school students.
• Assess student's strengths and weaknesses and develop customised lesson plans.
• Provide guidance and support in homework assignments, test preparation, and study skills.
• Create a positive and motivating learning environment that fosters student engagement and enthusiasm.
• Monitor and track student's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians as necessary.
• Stay current with the secondary school curriculum and teaching methods to ensure effective instruction.
• Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Teaching certification or relevant tutoring experience preferred but not essential
• Strong knowledge of the secondary school English and Maths curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
