PAY: £90 - £110 per day

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30-15:30

Are you ready to make a real difference in a child’s life? We're looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and compassionate Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a wonderful Year 2 student with ASD and little communication.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting a Year 2 student with ASD and little communication, helping them engage with their learning and socialising!
• Team up with the class teacher to create EHC plans that will help your student flourish
• Support your student with positive behaviour strategies and emotional regulation, ensuring they feel calm and happy throughout their day.
• Celebrate milestones, no matter how big or small – progress is everything and you’ll be there to cheer them on every step of the way!

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with children with ASD or additional needs – bonus points if you've worked in a school setting, but if you’re eager to learn, we want you!
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a natural ability to connect with kids – it’s all about building trust and helping your student shine.
• Amazing communication skills – whether it’s with teachers, parents, or your student, clear and supportive communication is key.
