Your Role as a Behaviour Support Assistant:

  • Working with students who need additional behaviour and emotional support
  • Implementing SOAR strategies to improve student engagement and wellbeing
  • Supporting the pastoral team in managing behaviour across the school
  • Helping students develop resilience, confidence, and positive learning attitudes
